Looks alright, timing a bit messy. Can try FF 25 and see if it cleans up a little. If not, its a fuel limitation.

Definitely better at FF 25. Still a bit octane limited but it helped.
Duty 4500 and lower need to be dropped in increments of 5 until ecu_psi is about 1 psi under dme_bt and throttle is mostly at 100 for the entire pull

No its not too low. I'd probably set FF to something like 30-35 then work on duty afterwards to get that ecu_psi 1 psi under dme_bt the entire pull
