i've watched this video like 4 times lol
Thanks for the video. Very well done and on point for the most heated aspect of the new Supra.
Now make an extended version for geeks like me.
Regarding relaiblity - does any1 know if same quality standards and super exact testing were applied to B48 2.0 engine, like with B58 3.0?
The 48 and 58 are basically identical other than cylinder count, so I assume any changes made to one carried over to the other.
Hm... cool Tbh, I wait more for 2.0 in manual in 2020-2021, just because of the mass. That + some engine tuning = ~320hp in a 1395kg 50:50 car Sure the 3.0 will be much faster but prefer the "lighter" feel.
So I hope it will be as reliable as B58 But that 2.0 sound... meh.
i need to start making youtube videos
I don't know man, YouTube is already pretty saturated with makeup tutorial channels...
Damn! I missed my chance
Range rover is owned by ford, and Tata Motors is a jointed company who is known for producing the cheapest car in the world. And I don't know what this car is called lol.
That will never be me. Toyota never put any effort in to this car. The MKV looks great in white but many many small things have turned me off about this being called a Supra. Nothing about this car resembles a MKIV, MKIII, MKII and the MKI Supra. Because its co-development is so severely BMW companies like HKS, Titan, RealStreet, for example are shit out of luck simply because the B58 is already been in production for 4 years now. Not to mention suspension, differential, exhaust and just about everything else on the chassis is littered with BMW stamps. This had been Toyota's biggest mistake, lead by a man who was only been in office since 2009. Mr. Toyoda does not care about the legacy of the Supra.
The side profile looks a lot like the 2000GT, which is the predecessor to the Celica Supra. So should the A80 have not been called "Supra" because it sure as hell doesn't look anything like the A40, A60, and A70.
Guff has a nice sounding voice!
Land Rover hasn’t been owned by Ford in a long time, it’s owned by Tata motors.
Is that what you think?
Great! Then save up at least $60k for a 1994 TT 6spd that will have “50k original miles” (disconnect of the digital odo that most MKIV owners have already done on their cars) with more than 70% discontinued parts and a discontinued Getrag with grinding 3rd gear and enjoy it til’ the wheels fall off. I mean, what more can I say to you? Oh, just swap in a CD009 or T56 Magnum you say?? Well, that doesn’t make it a “real” Supra anymore....right?....since we are on the topic.
HKS, Titan, Real Street, etc... all have families and employees to feed. You bet your ass the MKV will be one of their cars that will be heavily supported!
