Personally, the first thing I would do is have the wheels road force balanced locally and then test again.

That's a really good idea and I'll ask it be done.

I feel the same vibrations from time to time. Itā€™s as if the lane assist is buggy and activating at a barely noticeable setting.

That's the sensation I'm describing. Try it at 75 mph on the smoothest road surface you can find, see if it's most noticeable there.
If Toyota refuses to acknowledge this is a driveability issue then I'll fix it on my dime.

I have a slight vibration around 60mph. It feels like the lane keeping but I have that at minimum and I'm centered in the lane. But if I go faster, above 70mph, it goes away. I so just drive faster lol

I feel this occasionally as well. It became a bit more pronounced after I installed the rear Cusco power brace (man is that stock ā€œbraceā€ a joke). Itā€™s pretty infrequent and, as said above, solved by driving faster. It seems like a perfect storm resonance kinda thing, as I feel it in the same areas of a couple roads I drive on.

Resonance is a great description. "Road steering resonance" even a better one.

Out of balance tires tend to behave like this. The vibrations being noticeable at certain speeds and less or totally imperceptible at others. Focusing on the tires first is the right move IMO. Hope it gets squared away for you soon.

I agree and they will be looked at 7-14. I will update you all on the outcome
Resonance at high-speed is usually a problem that is solved by ā€œRoad Force Balancingā€. I had this exact problem after purchasing a separate set of Michelinā€™s and wheels for track use. After the install, I took a test run on the hwy and around 90-100mph the car resonated where it previously rode glass-smooth. Took it back to the tire place and had them do the Road force balancing and it tested glass-smooth after.

Update- just had an alignment and front tire dismount and rebalance ( conventional, not road force) . The original issue is 90% gone.
All this was complicated by some sloppy work- mixup of remounting wrong tire on wrong wheel front to back by powdercoating company.
So, bottom line it's much better, a trace of vibration remains but a acceptable.

I had a similar problem. Had Toyota check my alignment, checked the shipping spacers on the front suspensions, etc. My problem was a combo of two things. I replaced my rear tires and the TPMS very sensitive and turning on traction control on turns where i wasnā€™t loosing grip. That was resolved by resetting the tire pressure and manually selecting the type of tires to ā€œotherā€ instead of summer tire. I was still having straight line stability issues so i replaced my front tires After 18k miles. Everything is good.

I think its all a tire issue and how the suspension transmits road/ tire feel.
I'm not done yet, still have road pressure tire balancing to do. Ultimately I might replace tires but that's a last resort.
