Do you think a little more air pressure before impact could have saved your wheel? Something like 36 psi. Before impact: ~32psi
Shortly after impact: 0 psi.
If the lip of the wheel is wider than the bulk of the tire, it can be that it actually catches on the edge of the pothole itself. No amount of air will save that.Do you think a little more air pressure before impact could have saved your wheel? Something like 36 psi.
I dunno, I'll put some more air in the drivers side and go drive over the pothole again. Brb.Do you think a little more air pressure before impact could have saved your wheel? Something like 36 psi.

OK, stating the obvious, that's FAST. I haven't partaken in that kind of racing in ugh likd 20 years but I remember how blazing fast an 11 second run seemed to be, or anything even into the 10's (9's and 8's were like "Funny car" territory at the time). Congrats!ran a personal best trap speed near 155mph
