While I always get the oil error or a tyre pressure warning after I flash, after letting the car sit overnight, the error has gone away.

I've tuned a bunch of MT's and never once had that issue. Must be an OTS thing, or maybe even something with your specific BIN ID.

What is your BIN ID @BMWAF?
@razorlab How do I find the BIN ID? I can't see anything like that in Bimmerlink or the MHD app.

My I-Level is S18T-23-7-505

Uhh. So it works before the flash but not after and it’s not them… okay. So can it still be read with Bimmerlink? I haven’t had any oil issues so not a big deal just odd they say it’s not on them.
Yeah. I always get a weird error after I flash - and only after I flash. I have always suspected that flashing somehow wipes some temporary memory that stores oil/tyre pressure values as the errors have always gone away after a short drive (and new values entered memory?) Of course, this time the errors simply disappeared themselves after sitting in the garage overnight.

So yeah, I have no idea what is going on. Probably just #BMWThings. 🤷‍♂️

Installed the Do88 non mera Intake Manifold since my last time attack pulled so much timing. I chose the do88 so I can put the engine cover over it since I am a red car in Cali. 7f over ambient temp of 100f although tested on my test route in the streets with stoplights. I will be logging for next track day 9/5 and 9/12 for repeatable data.

Pretty straightforward install although manual was spotty. I originally followed csf's installation only to find that the coolant line routing was reversed after clarifying with Do88 (Should've followed the manual for the routing). I atleast got to log reversed vs corrected to find that corrected was overall 6f lower as well as my cortisol lower.

Astonished any shop would call that a successful alignment. Yikes.
Would love to hear feedback then! Haven’t driven the car on track yet (my car is 60/40 track:street, meaning i dont care about most “street drivability” aspects). Maybe the caster split but what do i know! Thanks!

Spark plugs and oil change today at 42k miles! First of my FCPEuro purchases.

Word of advice, just buy a non magnetic socket & buy a separate magnetic tool to remove them. Absolutely destroyed the magnet in the first 2 plugs.

Had a hell of a time figuring out what I messed up just to realize the socket was junk. Coil Packs can also be used to remove the plugs!

BMS charge pipe w/ the blow off valve should arrive tomorrow. It's been on back order for a bit, so more fun to be had!

Maybe I'll do the intake manifold in... 2 more weeks...

I bought this tool few years ago - never had an issue with changing out spark plugs
