The two I was planning to change in there was always starting in Sport mode, and changing the angle of the passenger mirror in reverse.
For the passenger mirror all you need to do is flip the switch on the driver side for mirror adjustment to that side and it wont do that anymore in reverse.

I do like that it angles down, but I would love the option to adjust it to 30% like others have done. Makes it at a much better angle.

Are you sure your ecu is after 6/10/20? Everyone I have heard from has this issues with the BDC. Interesting
I'm pretty sure what you are describing is "variant coding" which is separate from the flashing digital signature workaround problem. As far I as undertand it, the "all ECUs after 2020/06 locked for flashing" problem is referring to an update in the Bosch supplier boot section (SBOOT/TSW I believe it is called) of the ECU (there is SBOOT, CBOOT, APPL/ASW, and CAL).

I believe that the current bench exploits Autotuner/bFlash use for reading/writing have been closed for the first time since 1997 with this update. Something like that?

I've been reading this thread with interest in hopes this security barrier will eventually be unlocked yet I keep seeing videos of 600-800whp Supra MKV's in addition to the famous Papidakis 1,000hp MKV.

Apart from the Papidakis MKV are all of the other highly tuned examples pre-locked-ECU 2020's or are each of those cars running some model standalone aftermarket ECU to achieve their tuning parameters?

The 1,000 HP MkV completely stripped the stock ECU, tore out all the wiring and sensors, and replaced this with a race-specific engine management system.

That car only shares the block, head, and crank with a stock Supra. Basically everything else was replaced with custom race-designed parts.

I'm not very tech savvy, "old" nuff said! I have a 2021 Supra with a build date of 03/20. I can't find the ECU build date, I've looked under all the covers near the shock strut tower on the driver's side with no luck. Can someone give me a definitive answer about tuning. I've installed the Injen Evolution CAI. and bought a forum recommended catted downpipe and cat back exhaust, neither are installed yet. Tuner replies are more than welcome because I'm shopping for one. Thanks

Thanks for the input, the video was very helpful. I'm thinking about a JB4 tune but am open to all suggestions. I don't want crazy max performance just a good solid boost.

I said that at first, but when you realize the potential that isnā€™t being achieved, itā€™s a long dark road. Lol
