What sort of numbers can one expect from running a downpipe, catback, and a JB4?

93 octane on jb4, catless downpipe, and intake upgrade was 424 whp.
maybe a +5 with cartback?
So roughly 10-15% more power. That's not bad I guess.

I was hoping to be north of 450 but i guess we'll see. I still need to dial my car in. haha.

I know the delta is what's important but 424 whp would be pretty muted gains on a 2021 that clocks in around 370-380 whp stock.

Yeah kind of sucks being pigeonholed into (1) option with a '21. Really hope that they can crack this new ECU this year. I had plans to put a bigger turbo on, all on indefinite hold and JB4 only option.

Car is in the shop now awaiting rest of parts, but will have the following done within next 2 weeks: Akrapovic exhaust/midpipe, Active Autowerke DP, upgrading stock tires to 265/285 Michelin 4S, Eibach springs, JB4 tune

I am also doing a baseline dyno and then a post upgrade dyno so I'll post it here when it's done to see the delta, likely on map3.

For reference for the guys that havenā€™t looked into the JB4 yet, these are the maps it comes with. Also explains why the map3 tune only increases around 15%

JB4 Map Guide:

Map0: Stock tuning, fully disable JB4
Map1: 3psi over stock added (91 octane)
Map2: 4psi over stock added (91-93 octane)
Map3: 6psi over stock added (93+ octane)
Map4: Absolute target map with peak target of 20psi (93+ and/or 30% E85, EWG connector suggested)
Map5: Absolute target map with peak target of 22psi (30% E85+ fuel, EWG connector suggested)
Map6: Custom tuning map -- see details on n54tech JB4 page
Map7: Progressive WMI map with tuning a function of meth flow and user defined boost additive.
Map8: VALET / Low Boost Map

Thanks, does it mean EWG connector is not necessary to the ppl stay with map3?

I was taking about the 2020 models. Sorry, most people that talk about tunes have them unlocked. I canā€™t speak for the 2021ā€™s and only know a few people that have them unlocked but are using ecutek

From what Iā€™ve seen/read burger recommends the EWG for the guys running maps 4 and up but Iā€™m sure it helps with other maps if it aids in the wastegate function. I believe some have had some over boost events that decided not to install the EWG. It comes with the JB4 either way so you might as well just install it only takes an extra 15 minutes
