I just can't get excited at all about this car for some reason. It just isn't doing it for me. Something just looks odd about it too. I was really hoping for something a bit different.

Its too much of a hodgepodge of design elements from previous Z cars. Not a cohesive design.

The more I see it, less I like it at all. Owning a Supra or not. Its just pedestrian styling and they are not putting out much on the weight either. Heavier is never better and boring sad styling. The 370Z was much more attractive.

Could care less about the manual obsession. Its not an efficient or even good way to put power down now. Never going back to a manual. My DCT M2 in Germany taught me that and well.

Have you seen the new Supra..? It's a hodgepodge of weird shapes based on a caricature of the FT1 squished into the wheelbase of the Z4. It's not a particularly attractive car and downright fugly at certain angles, IMO. It literally only looks good at 2 angles in photographs. I'm sure the new Z presents much better in person.

I haven't seen the new Z in person, and I know everyone has their own opinion, but I've never met anyone in person who had anything negative to say about the new Supra. I've had people go out of their way at gas stations or grocery stores, to either walk over or drive over and talk to me about the car. The hatred this car gets all seems to be people on the internet hiding behind a keyboard just parroting something they've seen someone else say.
