Agreed that most C8/C7 drivers in my area (FL) fit your description. It’s just that of those who try and bait me, these drivers make up a larger portion than I would have thought.

The majority of those baiting me are new-er vettes (followed by mopar cars).

Same. Chargers/Challengers always want it.. and they always speed off like I'm racing them at every light. Had a dude today jump me and then slow down to run his mouth. I was like guy I never even hit boost, we weren't racing lol.

I was cruising the other day and had a Challenger want to rev etc. He passed me. I thought about it. When I saw him almost rear end someone and jumped lanes while almost clipping a second car with his rear I changed my mind. Figured I wouldn't want to play around with him because he seemed a little too careless and reckless.

I’m in the PNW so I mainly get Subarus. Every single Subaru WRX wants to give it a go. I don’t even give them the time of day most of the time. Although it is fun to embarrass them sometimes.

Which cars plague you?

Same here... actually almost all the cheap Nissans now that I think about it... I've had several Sentra's that seemed determined to test 100+ on the freeway. No thanks. Oh also every VW 4-cyl. esp Jettas.

Ironically, all of the cars that could pull on me don't bother. Most of the time I roll past a Hellcat or C8 they either give a thumbs-up or don't even notice me at all.

Here in the sf Bay Area I get a ton of civics and wrx give it a try. The most memorable was a lifted pick up. After 10 car lengths I would slow down and give the guy another chance.

Yes. Very rarely do I get a proper 1,2,3,go/3 beeps/etc. Just people who want to get you to drive fast.

They will randomly take off on you, blow by, etc. If you roll down your window and slow to 40 or 60 or whatever, very often they won’t do the same.

Which is fine. Just people wanting to cruise or observe the car being driven more aggressively. I tell people this all the time - don’t think every car egging you on on the road is trying to actually “race”.
