If I'm going to do my first trans fluid change (10k miles, 7 track days) should I also change out the pan and filter?

This is the oem fluid, right?

This would be the kit with pan and filter?
Yes that's the kit I purchased. Yes you have to replace the pan and filter because to drain it, you have to break a plastic drain cap on the pan that is not replaceable. If you want to save a little money, you can buy 5 bottles of fluid and the pan and filter separately from FCP euro instead of their full kit. I think you're changing it a little early but I guess it doesn't really hurt since you're going FCP euro route and it'll all be free eventually.

Change the diff fluid while you're at it. 3 bottles: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-hypoid-g4-axle-oil-genuine-bmw-83222447362

Was planning on using Motul gear 300 for the diff.

Just did this as well with Motul, just need one of the 1L bottles. Much cheaper than FCP if you don't wanna deal with shipping back.

I bought 2 just in case. Still cheaper than one 0.5L bottle of the OEM stuff.

So, I took my supra in to have the Verus camber plates installed at this good shop in Mamaronek in NY and they call me to tell me that the car still had the suspension spacers on! (Used for transporting cars to destination).
I clearly am an ass for not having seen them when I have replaced pads, but the fact that no one at Toyota has taken them out is just mind blowing.
Oh well, I am going to have to adjust my cornering now!
If you have not checked your front suspension, I would recommend it...

Yeah, good recommendation. Glad you took it in somewhere. Kinda a known (old) issues on the forum. Talked about a lot.

I wouldn't feel bad about not catching it when you did pads. Unless the dust sleeve was slid up or not seated right you wouldn't have seen them. You've gotta pull or push that up to check from what I remember seeing from others posting on here

PMU Club Racer front pad wear after 2.5 days at VIR and 2 days at CMP. They looked practically new after VIR, but 2 hard days at CMP cooked them pretty good. The shims were cooked, crusty and warped and separated from the backing plate. They wore about 5mm so ~50%. I went ahead and threw on a fresh set along with a matching set for the rears since I was running OEM before. The rotors still look really nice.

With a stickier tire they're not going to live long at CMP, so after this new set I'll probably step it up.

I'm going to track my car next week and unfortunately we lack of competition tires in my country. The only option I found is Nankang AR-1 / 275/35/19 and no other sizes at all. I have couple of questions here
1- How the car would perform on the track with this size for the front & rear? Since my car has no spacers and it's OEM wheels.
2- Would I face any rubbing issues with the front side?
* My car is lowered with HKS Hipermax R Coilovers*
0.9 inches front & 1.1 inches rear
I'm not running any spacers
and my wheels are OEM

The AR1's run narrow so you should be good. For some reference, here are 275/35/19 AR1's on 19x10 square. You can see they should be fine on a 19x9 in the front (although not optimal), they are a pretty stiff tire
