wondering if you did a run starting in 2nd?
Catless DP. Can try another time but can't see how adding another shift early into the run, around 67-68mph, would improve it.

Wondering if in a higher RPM, faster boost, more power/torque - if that would negate the shift time.

yeah waiting for the temps to drop down to 70s its 105* I have antilag so I might do 3rd with antilag

e30 stage 2 tune Bm3 ill also try down the road e40 , after this season is over , ill put a turbo and clutch . Target is mid 6s for a street car

Would love to do e30/40 but unfortunately its not readily available here. Closest place is over hr away.

You could just order some ignite 5 gallon cans. They're pretty cheap

mid 6s will be cake with a pure 800 or 850 ... only need about another 100hp (600hp total) or so from it

Its well in the powerband there at 3rd but yea would be interesting comparison.
I wish it was the case but it wont be ... the only reason i start in 2nd is because of the JB4 and the way that the boost hits with it, If you are flash tuned you should only have the 3-4 shift and thats it. car should start the pull around 53-55mph in 3rd shift around 6000-6200 and let the 4th gear go to redline

Yea on MHD so didn't think 2nd would be optimal.
