I have coded out this option for auto stop start. The car still does it though even though it’s disabled in bimmer code :(

It’s a known issue. Toyota had a recall/tsb a while back that causes the auto stop start bimmercode coding to fail. Any older mk5’s that got the toyota patch, lost the ability to code it out. Newer cars already had this patch (MY24+). I believe that you can still code to start in sport mode which has auto stop/ start disabled. If you do a search for bimmercode auto stop start, I’m sure theres a lot of info.

Izza Lopez,
i gave you the benefit of the doubt on your first post, but now you'll receive the true Ren response.

Did you even fuckin' search? The info you've been asking for here, and in the facebook groups, are all easily located. Do some work. Lift a finger before you want mommy and daddy to spoonfeed you.

XHP stops it if you are in Drive. But the car still acts like it is enabled. Like there is an audible difference in idle with it enabled and disabled. As soon as you go to Park it will shut off even with XHP

I don't think that makes any real difference, to be honest. Your right foot is what needs to be tempered.
In my experience, with a hi-flow cat, it does actually matter.

If I cold start in Sport, and leave it in Sport, my check engine light comes on even if I'm driving lightly. If I cold start in Normal, and drive lightly until it reaches operating temps, I get no check engine light.

I THINK the higher revs of Sport mode, paired with the hi-flow cat, causes the O2 sensor to heat up quicker than the software is expecting.

I don’t like to until the engine is up to temp
It's a modern car; the only thing you really need to avoid until up to temp (and really more like until the oil is plenty warmed up) is full throttle abusing the engine. Just let it sit for the 5-10 seconds until the RPMs drop on first startup and you're good to drive even without being a grandma.

I'll also warn that my parking brake started disengaging when lifting off the clutch in neutral with this option coded in. It didn't disable auto stop either. I really need to revert it as this is a big safety concern for me.

I'm not sure this is a direct result of coding out start/stop. I have always found the parking brake disengagement to be pretty haphazard and have just learned to triple check it as a matter of course.
