Costco Gas

Does Costco have good quality fuel? Costco said it's top tier gas. Gas is $7 here, I'm trying to save some money.

I don't use it, but my wife does on her Mini and has never had a problem. The only station I've had repeated, obvious problems with bad gas is Valero, I'll never go there again.

It should be good. They meet the Top Tier requirements and it (top tier) is recommended by BMW. I often use Costco when I have the opportunity.

Costco is top-tier rated and has fresh gas because they refill so often. Pumps and credit card readers are usually in good working order. The only problem is that you might need to wait in line if your Costco is popular.

I always say this, if it 91 and you aren't trying to squeeze track performance outta it just take it.

Been running shit like USA Gas and Shellron67 in my GSXRs for the last 10 years no issues. So if that high rev ass engine doesn't care, neither should you for normal use.

I've frequented Costco for the B58 Supra and now for B58 X6 with Premium Gas. Can't recall exactly now, but I believe it's 93oct in my area. No issues. But never really dynoed or checked any portion of fuel system for a conclusive answer also both cars at really low mileage.. <10K. My $0.02

I went there alot before I even got my Supra. It used to be small back then. Now unless you go early in the morning or late at night, you're gonna be waiting for a while to fill up. It is constantly packed. I don't go as much anymore as I don't want to wait 15 or more minutes to fill up.

I have never filled up at Costco for 2 reasons. 1 - the closest one is 30 min away. 2 - every time I have been there, there are at least 20 cars in each line. Cant even imagine how long that would take.

Few years ago it wasn't bad. Nowadays, yeah it's pretty bad especially in bigger cities. This is because Costco usually have the lowest prices on gas.

Also, if you have Citi Costco card, it gives you 4% cashback on gas which is pretty good combined with your Costco expenses...
Just the other day 2 cars came inch of each other fighting for a lane that just opened up. (Tanker left) I try to go at off hours..
