I never stated there was not good people in any field, I have stated that the systems and infrastructure of these programs put in place is rotten from the top all the way to the bottom and it prevents these good people from being successful in their careers @razorlab lab people design systems, why am I experiencing such a hard time with all of societies systems put in place? My opinion is that their is a lot of FOOLS in the world who do not know what they are doing. AKA the 99% of people AKA the MASS

Elaborate on this, sounds like your battery died and had problems. Why does this statement make it sound like you are better than everyone else? Do you think no one else has ever changed a battery? FYI you are completely off topic, this forum is about a SOFTWARE RECALL. My question for you is do you know how to use a forum properly? This forum is labeled and titled in the correct area of the forum, RECALLS.

Where is the irony? You literally have to fish out the good from the bad in every thing said by people and do research to actually figure out what is true because people only tend to hand out small information at a time and make you pry for it, they also state partial truths, because they think Knowledge is power, or they want to make you learn the hard way like how they had to, which is a wrong way of thinking about Knowledge, if you are that in-secure about knowledge in your personal life, it shows in your professional life. Example - Currently I am fishing for knowledge from my manager who does not know how to communicate properly, is selfish, not a very helpful person, and not a leader. He is however a great developer and a some what decent manager, can you see the actual Irony in that.

Wow, I appreciate you finding that for me. Honestly i still don't think those threads are conclusive enough. I think you would do the community a huge favor if you started a thread on it. I myself used to be a software tester as well, I'm currently the CEO for one of the largest ECU companies of Triumph motorcycles.
