Doteki Auto Solutions aka Rich Farler thief and fraud case

So most already know DAS aka Rich Farler robbed alot of people and some have already won in small claims court. There needs to be a greater push for a larger lawsuit. Trying to gather more people who has money owed to them from Richs actions.

Currently, DAS has another lawsuit pending for unpaid wages with an employee. Let's build a better case for all.

Also let this be a search reference for anyone that Googles name or business in hopes to deture future sales and purchases from Rich Farler and or DAS and or Doteki Auto Solutions.

Pretty certain that's why he hasn't paid me back either. Every time I contact him, he gives me the run around that he is sending something. Then after I call him out on it, he keeps playing dumb.

He's going to pay one way or another. No more run arounds.

Even winning in small claims court there is a low probability of getting money owed. What would be great is getting him banned from race organizations so he can't use other peoples money to race again. I tried to get him chances and he just makes excuses.

This is the sad truth. It's hard to claim anything from a business/llc that ceases to exist.

Then he just reincorporates as something else. Vicious cycle.

Hes done a lot of my friends dirty, but surprisingly shipped out 8k in parts to me. This was probably before everything went downhill.
