Just bought my 21 3.0 Premium yesterday. I hope I didn't make a mistake by buying a factory buy back. I got it for $54K before tax. I also got the extended warranty just in case.

Battery issue, oil consumption and piston ring wearing out. There was also a 2020 3.0 there that was also a buy back but I wasn't interested in it.

54k for a buyback seems high that’s basically the same cost as a non buyback completely clean Supra

Long time lurker, first time poster. Had a 22 reserved from my dealer since last September. Finally came to terms it wasn't coming despite the dealer telling me it was still on track.

ended up picking a used 21 premium with 5800 miles on it. Ecu date is 1/28/21. But anyways so far so good. Fun car! Aloha ??

Didn't plan on buying it but went into a dealership to see the local tuner and old friend and he took me for a rip in it and i fell involve. Ive owned various supras, skylines, s13s and other JDM classics but this is definitely the most high tech car I've owned besides the R35. Really happy with the car in the month ownership I've had it and hoping to contribute in a positive way to the group!

Agreed, I got my 2021 brand new for $50k. Granted that was before all the supply chain nonsense hit, lots cleared out, and prices jumped up, but still. $54k for not just a used car, but a used car with known issues that had to be lemoned, is very high.

First week with my new Supra. This will be my only car, daily driver. I have been a WRX guy since they came to the US in 2002. I've had a 2002 WRX, 2006 WRX STi, and traded the 2015 WRX STI for this Supra. I was going to wait until Subaru released the new STI next year but it looks like I coincidentally picked the right time to impulse buy. Subaru just announced there will not be a new STI based on the newly released WRX.

I knew the Supra should be fast, but it is a f***ing bananas car. It feels faster and more exciting than my 2006 STI, which had a rotated GT30R setup with 380 at the wheels.

I couldn’t wait any longer for the M/T announcement (then availability), so I bought this 2022 Premium 3.0 with Driver Assist last night as a stop gap. When the M/T is available and if resale values are still strong, then I may trade it in for a M/T.

its pretty easy, pop the ECU panel off and then pull the DME out a bit and you can see the date.
This video shows it pretty easily.

So I just looked at mine and I’m assuming 20-11-3 means November the 3rd of 2020 which would put me in the unlockable group, correct?

New member here, UK, recently just placed a factory order, starting a looooong wait for my 2.0 Pro, metallic Black Supra to be delivered.

Are there many other 2.0 owners round here? How's reliability been?
