For those who've swapped to the Motor sports hardware stud kit, what has been your experience with their lug nuts? Mine have been on the car for a year and the lug nuts are showing a lot of rust. Like nothing I've experienced before with lugs. The car is stored for winter and doesn't see snow/salt.

Lots of rust. Swap them out for something else.

Hey guys, looking to see if anyone has seen symptoms of a blown strut. This is the driver side, and I see a spray pattern that I can only presume is strut failure. I have 15k miles and 4 track days, and also lowered on HKS HAS. I hope the video is clear enough, but I can take some pics as well when I get a chance. I checked the brake line and reservoir (which has lost no fluid). I also see some fluid seeping out on the passenger side where the EDC connector is located, as well for context. Video attached.

seems like I’ve got a small oil leak after a weekend of tracking (2x 5x20m)

location seems to be right where the oil pan is, though the engine level measurement says oil level is fine.

Happen to anyone else? stock, only mods are suspension and catted DP

I've run countless sets of CRS. that is pretty normal in how they wear, but more negative camber wouldn't hurt. What are you at currently @Mori ?

The CRS will heat cycle out before even thinking you have to flip the tire on the wheel. Waste of money to do that with CRS, just put the mounting cost to a new set.

Like mentioned, people will usually put as much negative camber as your setup will allow w/out rubbing (compressed during a hairpin turn) up front. Those tires should make it another day or two, depending on how hard you push it.
Thanks for the feedback guys, tires seem to have survived the weekend just fine!

Currently on Verus camber plates at -2.5, but it’s not maxed out yet. will max it out before I track again

I blew out a couple struts before i went to Coil overs.
Have some questions if you could help lol:
1. Stock struts?
2. Were you lowered on springs?
3. Did you replace with stock struts (before coils), if so, what replacements/where did you buy from
4. Did you see symptoms/error codes? And any fluid leakage?
5. After how many days/miles did they blow?

TY :)

Pagid RSL29 report card: Plenty capable track pad, but completely different feel than the CSG. Coming from the initial bite of the CSGs, the first couple of braking zones felt really strange with the Pagids. I overcooked several braking zones through the weekend trying to do what I'd have done with the CSGs. They just don't have much initial bite, and you end up using more pedal pressure/travel to stop the car. They are very linear, the release characteristics are friendly, and the wear looked to be VERY good after a 2-driver weekend at CMP, which is tough on brakes.

This looks like a good option for track days, but this is not the time attack/late brake/stand the car on its nose brake pad.
Extended report card for the RSL29s, post One Lap of America 2025.: If you want to go out, stone cold (car and driver) in a Time Attack/Time Trial mode, this is not the droid you're looking for. After feeling like I was going to blow every braking zone at Gateway and Hedge Hollow, I had to retrain my brain how to brake. The lack of initial bite makes this a POOR choice for this use case. I will NOT run these again for OneLap.

For an HPDE environment, and even light street driving, these are a good pad, relatively easy on rotors and seems to be lasting well. If you're running timed competition laps, avoid.

P mu 999s have been fine driving cold and warm up quickly. I’d consider them. They last a helluva long time too…

So these RSL pads do suck.

Today was my first day driving on the 999s and I can say they have some really good initial bite, even when cold. I cant wait to put them to the test this weekend at Laguna.
