Yes, I’d like to see the result of that!
Still, just based on the responsiveness of the ZF8, twin scroll turbo and variable valve timing the MKV is still likely to win out other than for top end grunt.
Even with the 6-speed transmission (still prefer it even if isn’t as fast) that MKIV would still fare better in this comparison with a VVT-i cylinder head and different and more responsive single turbo.... or a STU sequential or other aftermarket twin setup.
I’m curious to see how the B58C responds in a roll or dig race with a big aftermarket turbo that builds boost later much like this MKIV as built does.
