I walked around the G87 several times on Sunday trying to find an angle that I liked. This was the best I could come up with and I still don't love it. Interestingly the side profile was probably what I liked the least. Which surprised me since I like the profile of the G42 a lot. It's something about how the fenders and side sills look very tacked on here to me...

Honestly if they didn’t make this Supra, it’d likely be my 1st choice. I always go and shop consumables for any track worthy car. I would think this would have more affordable pads, tires, etc. than a Porsche or Vette ?‍♂

There's no accounting for taste.
Acutally there is precise accounting and BMW has the money to show for that LOL. The looks are confusing/halting for some, the drive is not. I like the looks overall, yes its not a Ferrari Daytona but the drive reviews continue to be excellent as well.

Too E-Z-- mine will be produced in 2 weeks then shipment to me here in Germany. Its an M4 in a much more aggressive, smaller package and Im looking forward to using it as it was designed here in Germany. The comparison on the road with my M240i xDrive will be interesting.

Still yuck. Don't get me wrong: I've driven cars that were really ugly because they performed well (not saying the Supra is exactly beautiful, either), but that was before I could afford something that looked as good as it performed. No way do I drop money on an M2 that looks like this just because it's reasonably fast. I'd rather get the previous gen or something I'd enjoy looking at.
Seeing as how you have an M2 on order, I 100% understand you defending it. You obviously love it and it's awesome they made a car that you are into.
