This. It was essentially the same thing with the RC-F... got mine and then they announced the "track edition" - though at a decent jump in MSRP. However, unlike was the case with that... I really enjoy driving my Supra ever day. It's faster in every way, more comfortable as well, and it was cheaper! I also wonder if the increase is real or mostly on paper... since even on stock tune the MY20's show more power than spec'd for the most part. Maybe the numbers on the MY21's are just more honest and the actual difference to the wheels is nominal at best. Time will tell...

MY22 is going to get 400hp and a manual. You heard it here first.

I seriously doubt it - well the manual part - 400hp I could see (that's just a tune). But if you're correct, then it's fine... I'll just take the hit and trade up to that! :D

That would be good news to me lol. I have a Downshift Blue. Phantom and Turbulence are gorgeous colors too. Would suck for ppl who would want those colors.

Wow if downshift Blue is discontinued I’m definitely happy with my 2020. Wonder what they are replacing with?

I heard about Downshift from someone on here and asked about it and found out about Phantom.

This was from the US side though, which I typically take a bit of a grain of salt with, but lately most of it has been spot on so...

.... I wonder how ppl going to feel when the GRMN MKV releases?

I wonder how many more on the forum are going to say, "No one knew this! F*** you Toyota!"

^ I mean, I've already told people about what to expect with the GRMN like 1000x over so I hope not. But then again, this upgrade was communicated in a huge thread forever ago (pages and pages of discussion) so maybe you're right.

well, neither are present there so probably a good indication haha.

I love my downshift blue. So if it’s gone for MY2021 that’s a bonus. Atleast I won’t see tons of them down the road like Camry, corollas and highlanders.

If you only focus on the 0-60 performance yeah...but the new model is getting retuned suspension, so it's going to be a lot more than power.
