Jeez, that's awfully low.

Supply chain issues?
I’m shocked as well how low those sales figures are for the US. The demand (perception) appears to remain high. Especially with markups still on the table.

The Z4 would be an incredibly fun little car. The price and weight are really what sets it back. Compared to the Supra.

Yikes. Looks like Toyota has their work cut out for them for the rest of the year.

Good. Add to the rarity of my manual. I’d be okay if they cut the axe now on production! I’m willing to bet total production for the manual will be under 2-2.5K units worldwide come end of A90 production.

Uh oh, this ain't good. That's two straight months of poor sales in months where Toyota should be selling 600-700 a month
To spin it positively, maybe Toyota is ok with the lack of production because they plan to make an in-house A100.

How is that positive? Less sales, less revenue to fund the next project. To pencil pushers and chart nerds lower sales to them may mean lack of interest.

I mean it’s not odd for sales to drop over the life cycle of a car.

Toyota already announced last weekend that the MKVI will be a continuation of BMW and Toyota partnership for the ICE cars.

Just remember that interest rates keep climbing and the economy is slowing down lots now so don't be surprised that sports car sales will fall.
Maybe debt ceiling limits and less government spending is in order? Just a thought…

It’s going to be interesting to see what happens to all those showroom Queen Supras sitting at the dealership at $7k markup (minimum) for the past few months now… I don’t think I’ve seen a Supra at MSRP for a few years now
