Question, what would you be willing to pay monthly to have access to a Man Cave garage like this? You would have 24-7 access, fully stocked automotive tools, car lift, air supply, power washer and detail area. You would also have a relaxing mezzanine with a restroom, couches, TV's, pool table and other club like amenities to hang out with other car enthusiast. Let me know your thoughts? Considering opening one and wanted to have feed back from the enthusiast.

BTW-I am a proud owner for a 2020 Downshift

We have them down here in VA including at my track. Expensive!!
The track side ones that look just like that are 250k and up to purchase.

The man cave thing is spreading around and looks to be one the trends like storage facilities were last decade.

I'm not your market- my answer would be zero. I have a commercial property that I rent to others (have my own units saved). Just no where as nice as what you are proposing. But we have bays that can easily fit one car w lift for $150/month Metal buildings.

Edit: here is the product at my home track.

I use one of these.

It's $575/month in Chicago.
Which facility is this at? That's a ton of space for $575. I've got a few cars in Chicago I wouldn't mind moving into one of these for that price. Unless this is split with the other 3 car owners? That seems more in line with what I would expect for price.

The biggest problem is how many memberships are there, and how busy it is. If you can never use it because someone else already has their shit in there ...

I was thinking around 20-25 members (not sure) for around $200-$300 monthly membership with on line scheduling to use the lift or detail bay. But figured it would be a cool place to hang out with other enthusiasts. We wouldn't be storing any cars and no heavy mechanical work that can be done in 5 hr period, just minor maintenance. Was thinking maybe I could rent the space out for car club meeting, car theme party's etc.

You can buy ownership instead of renting. I see those popping up quite a bit over the last few years. The Garage Journal forum has a lot of good stuff to read about them.

Who will manage this timeshare? 😆
First come first serve? Book time slots?
Maintenance? If multiple people on site sharing, someone breaks something, who is responsible, etc. etc.
I'm sure very standard practice as many locations exists but something for OP to think about...

Op, that many people all trying to “share” a garage/man cave won’t work.

I considered buying one and then VRBO-Ing it. Numbers don’t work
