Sport Plus mode activated but benefits?

The main benefit to me of this was that now I have 3 modes. For normal driving I have to use Sport individual with only the suspension in sport, everything else normal so my rear tires don't rub.

Then if I wanted to switch to actual sport mode, I had to manually select sport in the configuration for everything. Now it's just with a press of a button and it's in sport plus.

Funny, I'm the opposite of you. I have my sport individual is sport on everything but suspension. But thats because better for drag launching.

Yeah when I’m on the drag strip I use the same settings too! It works the best!

There are only two modes stock. Normal/comfort and sport. If you customize sport at all then sport will change to “sport:individual” and there will be no “sport”mode

Can you share what exactly you set the settings back to disable sport+?

Sorry I don't have it written down, I just followed the steps in reverse, an at one point for a setting I watched a video that showed the original stock setting for reference

It's a rough method though tbh, if you figure it out, please document. I remember the video that helped the most was in japanese if you see that one around, I recall they had a camera on the phone showing all original settings.

here are the settings I used to remove Sports + mode

Maìn - Body Domain Controller (BDC) + [Expert]̀ - 3221 PfFesMaster̀- FesSportWorld Mode1̀- NotSportExpert
Maiǹ - HeadUnit (HU_NBT_EVO) + [Expert]̀- 3008 FES̀- FES_SPORT_EXPERT - nicht_aktiv

How much of a difference does the suspension make in terms of dragging and corresponding times? I’ve only been to the drag strip a couple times but didn’t mess with the dampening and kept it in sport.

Yes

There’s really no reason to ever remove Sport Plus if you add it, because you can still assign Sport or Plus in Individual mode so you can have the BMW and Toyota settings both at your fingertips.

There is nothing mechanically different than the regular a90. A91 is just a aesthetic trim package.
