Did a little screengrab, I think this is both cars. The box is over the important bits, but the curves look very similar. You see the tiny delay in the torque curve so that makes me think it's both.

Ugh man, C/D could of provided us some up close comparison graphs and tq numbers. This is a sorry video. lol
Yeah, I'm sure there will be others soon too. The interesting bit is the difference, not so much the total number.

even better. You know toyota dealerships’ mouths are watering over this video. Thinking “How much can I rip off the new 2021 buyers, “‘ since it’s hard to get and makes a lot of more power. Lol

I wonder if the 2021 has the same turbo or bigger one... Curious if it will make more whp after being tuned vs 2020 on same exact tune.

The comparison plots of 2020 vs 2021 are most likely going to be very similar to the comparison done awhile ago between the Z4 and 2020 Supra...

Which align fairly closely with the comparison table Toyota released...

As expected looking at the Z4 numbers we have access too (370-380whp)

40whp is a good bump

Now to see how they respond to tuning

2021 Supra - 420 tq

They didn't mention that in the car and driver video. You do see the dyno sheet in video but the quality is not sharp enough. To me it looks like it put down 420 wheel torque.

It looks like the old C&D test showed the 2020 made more torque then new car? the Supra puts down 339 horsepower and 427 lb-ft of torque at the wheels.

A 7.0 lb-ft torque difference is easily within error of measurement...Basically the 2020 vs 2021 should have close to the same torque values....

I want to see them line up and run the quarter mile. I see the Albon review did some roll runs but that car was totaled so not sure how that effects performance. lol
