Mine's coming up on her 4th birthday next month - 58K miles so far. I can still count on one hand the days in a year I don't drive it - but I do need to start shopping for something a bit more practical soon (likely a '24 taco). Never getting rid of the MKV however.

None. There's a bit of the typical BMW "ghosts" in the electronics of course. Every 20th time or so I turn off the engine, I can't put the windows up for 5-10 seconds, and occasionally the USB port "disappears" for a day or two, etc.
As far as everything else, I've had to replace the battery but I'm still on my original brake pads (still over 6mm at last check). No oil consumption at all. Definitely fewer issues than I had on my Lexus RC-F (to say the least).
It's had a very easy life however... 95% highway miles at reasonable speeds (~90 mph). Other than some spirited canyon drives between my two homes... and the rare highway pull... it's basically a retiree.
