Yes, make sure you oil hinges and latches on a regular basis. A91-MT should also oil the shift linkage from time to time.

No, the supra doesn't need oil. Just change the engine every 10,000 miles according to the user manual.
God I wish it was 10k miles, more like 500.

Ah I was confused when I first purchased my 2021 Toyota Supra 3.0 Premium. Yes you bring the automobile to the dealership for an oil change services every 5,000 miles of driving.

Does the Supra need oil?
No, unlike other Toyota engines, the Supra's engine is actually made by BMW. Specifically, it's a recent BMW engine, the B58. Like most BMW engines, the B58 isn't lubricated by oil but by the complete disregard for anyone else on the road. Put another way, being driven like an asshole makes the B58 wet.

Just keep driving your Supra like you're just another asshole in a BMW and you'll never need oil.

the Supra isn’t actually made by BMW. It’s made by Magna Steyr in Graz, Austria.

I asked this guy and he said as long as you believe hard enough that your Supra doesn't need oil, you'll be fine.

This thread just “triggered” a traumatic memory. Over Xmas at my in-laws my wife’s asshole uncle (Mustang guy) asked me if my Supra was an EV.

OP. My wife’s uncle knows best. No oil needed.
