This did not age well lolRACE CAR SHIT ??
Stop making me want to buy the Verus mounts. My to-do list is already huge.
I'm glad you tested this out for me though lol. Interested in your feedback on the softer options ?They are absolute hell in non-Sport mode. They are enjoyable in sport mode! I intend to change the bushings down to the softest option for daily driving, hoping I can bring the non-Sport NVH down to a more reasonable level -- like, a level that doesn't rattle my fillings out. I like the mounts, but they do 100% ruin daily driving non-Sport mode. Good thing I enjoy sport mode.![]()
80A is fine. I don’t notice any NVH from them.Has anyone tried out the 70A mount inserts from Verus? I want to pick something and the feedback here is all screaming "NVH gonna hide yo kids hide yo wife"
I would love a torque damper I had one on my 06 civic si! Easier install and will technically function similarly to motor mounts.Just a thought, obviously motor mounts are the way to go but seems like the install is a PITA, has anyone given any thought to trying an Engine Torque Damper? I know they were more of a thing on like s2000s but considering it should be a 15 min install compared to the mounts I feel like any difference would be worth the time.
Thoughts?
I just got the 70A installed and the NVH is horrible around 1500rpm as discussed by others. I did them along with the Torque Solutions trans mounts, which I've now removed too in hopes that it fixed the bad cruising NVH (spoiler: it didn't...).Has anyone tried out the 70A mount inserts from Verus? I want to pick something and the feedback here is all screaming "NVH gonna hide yo kids hide yo wife"
