No ragrets. No intention to sell any time soon either.

Only 4 weeks in but will be keeping this one for as long as I can find fuel for it. With strict emissions laws kicking in, manuals dying out and the future of cars as we know them looking bleak, this will be a keeper. I already have a few regrets from selling certain cars in the past, not going to make that mistake again. In fact, if I can swing it I might make the MKV the start of a small collection. Will see.

I replied to this survey and want to explain why I sold the Supra. I had beautiful CF edition for 5 months and had less than 10k on the clock. Great car. I had a major problem with my back and was to have serious surgery which was going to keep me from driving the car for quite a while. At the same time, i got an offer for the car which gave me a 5g profit. No brainer, I sold it and fully expect to buy another in the future. Love the car and really appreciate this forum. I have a few parts to sell and will be putting them up for sale when I recover a bit from surgery. So if you see me lurking, its really me itching to get another.

Love the forum & community, i personally think that outside of this forum, MKV Supras trade hands quite a bit for whatever reason, probably because it's not a super practical daily and may trend more of a weekend car for a lot of folks. Anyway, got my refraction used in Jan '22 and no plans of selling it, it's still the best car i've owned yet. Wish it was a manual but they didn't offer this color at the time in manual so there's that. Zero regrets either way, this thing eats at ~600+ whp. Also glad that my vehicle wasn't part of the oil consumption issues that seemed to haunt some of the 6 ports in 2021, dodged that bullet.

10 months and 3500 miles.
I need to think of more reasons to go places, due to a combination of fun and exclusivity factors.

IMO, it’s that new money crowd that looks at name brands (whether it APPLE, Tesla or TFATF types) and buys what’s fashionably hot at the moment of whatever crowd or circle that they are in. Or the people in general who buy a new car every 2 years or so.. makes no sense to me, but whatever?

Anyway, I am 12 months in at 1,300 miles. Wife likely won’t let me have another sports car again, so this is my last hurrah. Plan to keep it forever… or until I can no longer crawl into it.

Tough to answer, because I'm between MKVs at the moment, not by choice. However, I've never planned on selling mine/not owning one, and the next one will be a keeper for 20+ years. So, currently owning one in spirit and a reservation on paper, I'm picking 3 years, currently own.

3 years, 63k miles. Only way I could see myself parting with this car is for a Porsche or something else insanely fast. Only real problem was the A/C compressor going at 60k. Other than that, multiple track days and constant abuse, it still holds up great ?
