Received in my P2uned Big Brake Kit this morning. They shipped very fast and arrived well packaged. This brake kit is very nice and beefy in person.

- The 6-pot caliper with the pad inserts are 10 lbs each
- The cross-drilled 2-piece rotors are 20 lbs each

I have no idea what the stock 2.0L calipers & rotors weigh in comparison, but I'll report back soon.

I'm loving those rotors and the red on the calipers.

Not the greatest pics but whatever...

Got the car back from the shop. I had the following items installed;

- P2uned BBK
- H&R Lowering Springs
- SPL Endlinks
- SPL Traction Bars
- Function Werk Catless Downpipe
- Alignment

Lowers Front approx. 1.0", Rear approx. 0.75"

Looks better when you're standing next to the car.

How do You like the brakes? So did You weight stock brakes after all?
Did the springs help with body roll? How much camber gain front/rear after springs?

Or a garage queen for now still? :D

- The new P2uned brakes bite far better than the stock single piston versions.

- The weight difference is most likely going to be negligible between the 2.0 US versions and the P2uned BBK. I still have to weigh the OEM stuff, but I'll post up once I do. I had too many spare parts to take with me and it all wouldn't fit in The Supra.

- Springs have all but eliminated the body roll

- The catless DP (even without a tune) has provided a noticeable bump in; throttle response, spool time, mid and upper HP increase (according to butt dyno). **Surprisingly still no CEL even after at least 20 key cycles and over 150 miles driven**

- Traction bars have eliminated bump steer....but I also haven't launched the car or driven too aggressively yet. Temps and roads here are still too cold.

- Yes, still mainly a garage queen...Probably my slowest one to date.

How much camber did You achieve after the springs front/rear?
Planning on sway bars or leave as it is?

- 2.0 camber on all four corners

I'm leaving everything as is until we actually take the car around a short track and/or AutoX track.

Are you planning to Dyno tune? Any initial feedback on mods?

- See post #37 for initial impressions of mods.

- There's no tunes available for the 2021 B48 as of right now. I'm waiting to see what is offered in the next 6 months to 1-year.

- I do plan on putting the car on a dyno as a baseline (at some point), but the weather here is hit or miss, so the car is just sitting in a garage right now.

B48 2021 is "locked" too in US? I asked around here, no problem with dyno tuning for 2.0 Supra, 300-320hp gains, with catless DP maybe around 330-40.

From what I know, yes the 2021 2.0L is locked as well.

I've seen a few videos of other cars with the same motors and saww a 430? that put down like close to 300hp/310tq? to the wheels after what I think was just an intake and some tune.

I've weighed the OEM 2.0L front brake setup and as suspected, it's a complete wash when compared to the P2uned BBK setup. Just a quick reminder;

OEM Caliper vs P2uned 6-Pot Caliper
The P2uned 6-piston brake caliper with the new pads inserted weight exactly 10 lbs.
The OEM 2.0L single piston brake caliper with pads inserted weigh 11 lbs.

OEM Single Piece Rotor vs P2uned 2-Piece Drilled Rotor
The P2uned 2-piece drilled rotor weighs in at exactly 20 lbs.
The OEM 2.0L single piece rotor weighs in at 19 lbs.

Obviously you're not losing or gaining any weight with this swap, but what you are gaining is a whole lot more stopping power and better pedal feel with the P2uned kit. If you're tracking or will be tracking your 2.0L, it's highly recommended that you upgrade your front brakes as the US spec 2.0L single piston versions are lackluster to say the least.
