This is the one from the 8, 9 second run which has a big turbo. He said it was a 2020 supra. Does anyone know if he had the stock turbo or was in a different one?
That car is running a Pure800This is the one from the 8, 9 second run which has a big turbo.
That's not a scuff.. that's the paint from the printed barcode wearing off. BMW placed barcodes on every part in this car.I love seeing that this engine can handle so much abuse on stock internals. Iām curious to see whatās the absolute limit to the B58ās. So Adam mentioned āthe engine looks like it practically left the assembly line.ā Which I have no doubt it does. Iām certainly no seasoned mechanic, but is the scuff on the bearing normal?
OOOHHH!!! Thank you! Wow! That is crazy. I canāt believe you can still see it. Damn... Iām blown away at how stout this engine is.That's not a scuff.. that's the paint from the printed barcode wearing off. BMW placed barcodes on every part in this car.
I donāt beat on it but track mine and changed out the brown water for the 40 liquid molyJust so people are aware. One of the first things Titan recommends is changing the oil for a thicker spec if youāre planning to beat on it. I think my. buddy said they used 40 weight series on this engine. My buddy goes to the shop all the time and he told me to change the oil.
Do they have any specific recommendations?Just so people are aware. One of the first things Titan recommends is changing the oil for a thicker spec if youāre planning to beat on it. I'm pretty sure it's preference at that point. I like Liqui Moly but anything LL-01 and HTHS of 3.5 or higher, you'll be fine..Do they have any specific recommendations?
