Is this the correct transmission fluid for 2020 Supra 3.0 ?

I strongly recommend you switch your ATF selection to "Amsoil Blue."

If you're going to drain and fill, might as well do it with the fluid recommended by all three major trans builders for this platform. All of them have publicly commented that this fluid contributes to reduced clutch wear and improved ability to hold power. They've seen hundreds (thousands?) of transmissions.

That's good enough for me, and I switched on my last fill.

Toyota recommended something like Dexron 3? I haven’t seen people talk about this- Google said they’re not the same fluid or similar at all. Should Supra owners be using ZF fluids or what Toyota recommends?

It would be weird to use ZF recommend fluids in a ZF transmission, right?

You say this but the ZF8 is pretty sensitive. For example, I've heard from multiple people that Lifeguard 9 is not recommended and it must be 8. It feels not super straight forward when I hear things like this.

Okay, good luck in your journey.

If only ZF published a document that listed exactly what fluid to use in exactly which transmission they make.

lifeguard 8 is used for 8 speed transmissions and lifeguard 9 is used for 9-speed Transmissions? 🤯

FYI...just performed the transmission service on my Supra and used the kit from FCP Euro. I ended up needing all of the oil, for I was using a Motive Power Fill Pro and the rigid pickup tube inside the tank does not sit entirely flush against the bottom floor, leaving a decent amount of fluid at the bottom of the tank. If you're using a different method, you may be able to get away with less fluid. Also, my fill plug was covered in salt and somewhat corroded/stuck. I used the following tools, which worked like a charm:
Amazon.com: Wera - 5056335001 Series 1 840/1 Z Sheet Metal Bit, Hexagon 8mm Head x 1/4" Drive : Tools & Home Improvement
TEKTON 1/4 Inch Reversible Ratcheting Combination Wrench | WRC23306 | 12-Point, Satin Chrome Finish - Amazon.com

However, I had to use the double-wrench stacking method to break the plug free. Rather than take a chance with a trimmed 8mm Allen key, the hex-plus profile of the Wera bit worked flawlessly.

My fill plug felt siezed on there from all that corrosion etc. I went though so much bits/ box end wrenches and ended up breaking so many tools trying to get it off. I just ended up getting the special bmw tool for it and attached a 3/8ths long ratchet at the end. I put quite a bit of force on it till I heard a Loud pop and finally got it free. This is the tool I used
