I'm curious to which Cold Air Intake I should order. Is the Armaspeed intake really the superior one or are there other options. Price is not a problem, LMK! Thanks yall

Fairly happy with the Dinan intake, the tube from the rad support to the airbox doesnt fully seal but not a huge deal, I did gold tape the whole side facing the exhaust so hopefully mitigates some. You can choose to run it without the lid as well for lots of noise. Still decent amount of noise with the nice cf lid on.

Overall it's a nice unit, but the carbon finish on the lid isn't perfect, first lid i got had some pin holes in the expoxy and runs in easily visible areas. They sent a replacement lid, still a small run but partly blocked by the strut brace so i thought that was as good as it gets for the price.

The filter quality is nice, I got a second filter so there's no downtime when I wash and oil the original one.

He could get one of those sweet LED steering wheels while he's at it
True, but see this intake comes with a full set of instructions, a troubleshooting guide, and 24 hour tech support in India. So now we don't have to sit there, ask 100 questions, guess wtf he did wrong, and troubleshoot it for him.

Lot of options..

HKS, Eventuri, AWE, Dinan, all popular intakes, hard to which which one is the best.

But when I called them for help with my Fuel Saver the only thing they kept telling me to do was buy gift cards for some reason

MST fit way better than armaspeed. I wouldnt buy an intake unless you want noise and engine bay appeal. Get a downpipe or some window tint.

It's important to note that even when adding significant power, intakes themselves add little to no power, and in some cases actually can drop your power due to higher intake air temps. Thus, keep in mind that you're really only buying them for sound and/or aesthetics.

Armaspeed and MST V2 are good options if your goal is to just increase turbo noise. Both are significantly louder than stock. Which one to go with depends on whether you prefer carbon fiber (Armaspeed) or Black/Clear (MST V2), however keep in mind that the Armaspeed intakes have more fitment complaints than most. Another plus is that these are the most common intakes by far, and as such there are a lot of them on the second hand market that you can save money on.

The Eventuri intake is very expensive for an intake, but looks amazing if looks are your main focus. I have also heard nothing but praises for its build quality and fitment. If I could justify $1300+ on a no-power-gain intake I would absolutely grab one without any regrets.

HKS is also a little pricey, but looks pretty aggressive if you like that. Haven't heard much about it myself, but in pictures it looks like an open-top intake system which leads me to believe you would almost certainly lose power running it.

The Dinan intake looks really nice and is well priced, but I have not heard much about it either.

Personally, I would go MST V2 for sound, Eventuri for looks and over $1,000 budget, Armaspeed for looks and under $1,000 budget.
