Installing a DAW Gen 2 Ultra flow Turbo on a clients Supra.... Just realized the Armaspeed one obviously won't work.

Any opinions on the best to go with? Looks like the CTS 4" with 6" velocity will work, but want to see options with the best performance.

I run RK Ti with the 6769. I just needed to buy a silicone reducer which I got on Amazon for cheap

Per Shawn from DAW, you need to run the ProRam, size 102mm with stacked velocity for the best air inlet and results. Mated with a 5” downpipe to whatever exhaust you have. I just did this on Saturday. Installed the 6769 with air filter and their large coupling. I replaced the MST intake filter but used their housing. Had to get a new coupling o adapt both pieces together.

Im currently waiting for the 6769, how long did you wait? I currently have the armaspeed intake and I think im going to cut the silicone coupler they drive and see if I can get it around the armaspeed intake. Not sure if that will work.

Nah, not worth trying to jerry rig the Armaspeed. The arma would Imped airflow to the 6769 inlet. You're better off selling it, and buying a MST or MST copycat. It should fit the coupler that comes with the turbo. Or like someone just mentioned, get one from amazon.

My reasoning is because the Armaspeed is 5 inches and the MST is 4 inches.

you could possibly cut the arma around 5 inch section and buy a 5 inch coupler. The issues i would see are that there wont be a proper seal and it could detach since the carbon fiber wont have a lip for the clamp to secure, along with trying to make it fit with the "airbox". Just seems like a headache to try and make work.

You're probably right, im going to get the MST and still look at the Armaspeed fitment to see if it's possible.

Intake doesn't need rolled lips like charge pipes as there is no positive pressure.

Yea that's true, but was just thinking hypothetically, along with the block torquing under load. Better off selling it to the next schmuck that wants the ricer sounds than trying to make it work with a hybrid that wont see any benefit.
my 3 cents (inflation)

I waited about 60 days or so for my 6769. Botti has map 1 completed. Awaiting Map 2/3 revisions soon. I can tell with me changing out the turbo again, from the previous FM to this 6769, there is no lagginess from this larger turbo. The throttle response is truly amazing. Drives like stock until you hammer it. It just wants more boost. Map 1 is dialed in at 21psi for now.

Thats good to hear, I've been wondering about lag. I ordered it in the beginning of April and they have shipped it already. So im going on about 30 days of waiting.

I ordered the cts 4" intake, but im still going to try to fit the armaspeed.
