I'm at ~90-92% wgdc with the 6769. Confident after seeing my numbers and draggy times that you'll have much better results with the P900/6769. That's a lot of psi and wgdc to only end up at 560.
agreed my ultra flow was absolute trash ngl ? im looking forward to what numbers you get. im dropping in a pure850 in the meantime to get me up and running for some roll racing events while im waiting for the pure900 to drop for the 2 port. sucks being 2 port cause i notice a slow decline of support from manufactures to make a 2 port variant. makes sense though.

Is this gap normal. I didn't pay attention when removing the turbo, but just noticed this. It's the right side of the bottom bracket that holds the turbo

Here’s mine for comparison,. Looks to be a little carbon in your picture if it wipes off most likely not seated correctly. My current tune sees 20-23psi at 4k with MHD backend for comparison

Thanks for the photos. I think all I need to do is loosen the bolts and nuts and lift the turbo up. I'm seeing 24 PSI at around 3700, so I think the manifold is sealed just not aligned correctly.

Did you by chance not reinstall that lower v-shaped bracket that goes right above the engine mount? I’ve heard stories of the turbo slowly pulling the studs out of the head if it’s not installed.

I’ve actually loosened the top manifold nuts after installed just to see if downpipe would support it and it didn’t move. Only reason I left it off was at the time I misplaced the bracket but have since found it. I will however be installing it next time cars on the lift. I also barely drive it so not really fair to compare it to someone who daily drives or races.

What I realized is that V bracket at the bottom was pulling the turbo down to low and not allowing it to properly seat.

That should not be the case at all. What turbo are you running?

Daw 6769. But that bracket didn't fit right with the OEM turbo either.

OEM fits like… OEM. I think maybe you were doing something incorrect when installing. Did you keep the bracket loose on the turbo hot side when putting the turbo back on the head, or did you tighten it down before bolting in the two bolts from the bracket to the block?

I'm pretty sure I did it in the wrong order. I tightened the v bracket then went on the the turbo manifold. I had to remove the v bracket in order the get the turbo mounted correct, but now the holes for the v bracket to line up.
