This isn’t "true colors" it’s how monopolies work in low-volume niche services when they finally face competition. This ain't abouts ethics, it’s incentives. Monopolies don’t operate out of goodwill.

Thats how it worked overseas, could wait a few days for folks to guinea pig it and see what happens. Still cheaper and more convenient.

Yeah. Tbh I’m fine with it. I’d rather next day it versus ground shipping and spending multiple days en route to and from. I’m also in Cali.

I’m assuming this charge also covers return shipping. If not, then that sucks.
