Order placed at 2/18 at 9am
Invoice created at 11am
Invoice paid at 2pm
Label for sending out provided by FEMTO generated at 2:45pm
Sent out DME Wed 2/18 at 5pm
Femto received Thursday 2/19 at 2pm
Femto printed label at 2:30pm
UPS Picked up at 6pm
Delivered back to me 2/20 at 12pm

Super fast process, barely down for any time at all!

Super fast process, barely down for any time at all!

Same experience for me! I ordered it Wed at noon from us-orders.femtoevo.com. Despite a warning popup that states “due to order volume, invoice processing is delayed 2 days”, that is no longer the case and I had the invoice within 10min, paid it immediately and had label about 30min later. I pulled the DME at 3:30pm, dropped off at a local UPS Store to be packaged at 4pm. The label states 12x12x6 box. Perfect with bubble wrap and peanuts.

It arrived at Femto 2pm Thurs, label printed by 3pm and was picked up by UPS at 6pm. I received it 3pm Friday, and had the DME back in the car in 48 hours total!

Couple thoughts / tips on the whole process:
- Femto hasn’t made the FAQ yet and the process isn’t clearly documented for ordering. The emails don’t have much detail, just status changes. Just keep monitoring your order on the account website and you will see when the shipping label is generated. The US site accepts credit card payment so the days of wiring money to Femto are over.
- Before removing your DME, no need to mark the plug order. They are color coded, just take a picture of it for reference. I’m fairly sure the harnesses are only long enough for their proper position but again, confirm your picture to be certain when reinstalling.
- As a precaution, put some masking tape/blue painters tape on the DME with your name/address/phone #, order #, and your VIN. Helps just in case a mixup.
- When reinstalling, do a push/pull check on every plug!! If the lock bar isn’t open all the way, the lock will not catch on the DME side and it will close the lock bar when pushed but it will not be engaged!! It will “look” right but it’s not plugged in and you will have problems. Again, a simple habit of push/pull check on each plug will ensure it was seated properly. If you are struggling to get it to engage, just make sure the lock bar is open fully before pressing on to DME and you will be good.

Overall, very pleased! Now just waiting to see if there will be some sale on MHD super license soon!

How much did the shipping run you guys for Femto?

I’m in MI…Femto was $120, AT was $145. It depends where you are. AT will quote the shipping before submitting the order. Femto provides it after placing the order and invoice made (quick), but before you pay. You can check both and choose cheaper one before you pay for anything, that’s what I did and ended up Femto.

$129 for FEMTO and it was $150 for Autotuner, I'm based in New Castle County DE

As the guy above mentioned I just got a quote from both and went with the cheaper. I was leaning towards FEMTO anyways due to them confirming being able to unlock with an unlock tool if your DME ever gets locked again.

MHD only does 1 sale per year, and its during Black Friday.

Im sure you guys know but Autotuner is unlocking 2020+ in the us right now located in Alabama.. 3 day turn around for 550 with shipping about to get mine back.
