Anyone else running stock (except JB4) with 93 octane? What map are you using with the best results?

I was running map 2 with 93 oct, jb4 only.

This is from LS3Twins

333whp 385tq bone stock
356whp 441tq Map 1 and Intake
391whp 468tq Map 3 and Intake
424whp 482tq Map 3, Intake and Catless Downpipe

Here are the maps for reference:

Map Guide as of v11 firmware:

Map0: Stock tuning, fully disable JB4
Map1: Additive map with peak of 3psi over stock added (91 octane)
Map2: Additive map with peak of 4psi over stock added (91-93 octane)
Map3: Additive map with peak of 6psi over stock added (93+ octane)
Map4: VALET / Low Boost Map
Map5: Additive map with peak of 6psi over stock added & more aggressive timing profile for higher octane fuel (experimental, 93+ octane, bolt on modifications)
Map6: Custom tuning map allowing both additive (below 10psi) and absolute (above 10psi) targeting
Map7: WMI map (boost varies based on WMI additive and map settings)

Thanks for replying. Any other mods?
The JB4 is my only mod for now, I'm waiting for a good stage 2 kit to become available, as well as getting some more miles on the car.

Using the 3rd map (+6 psi, 93+ octane).

Turbo upgrade, intake, exhaust, tune, etc.

I've seen a few around, but want to get more than 5k miles on the car and let the market mature a bit before dropping a few grand.

I ran map 3 with success, slap in a catless dp and an intake and run map6 with a custom boost chart, you will see amazing gains but you will need the EWG harness for that, otherwise you won't hold the extra boost (18-19 psi to redline).

Yes, it plugs in between the ECU and engine sensors so it should work. It doesn't have the sophistication/customization of a flash tune, but in my case was perfect for a quick power bump until I decide to get more serious and have one of the tuners on here custom tune the car. Check out the JB4 site below, it should answer most of your questions.

For folks running 93+ maps on JB4, what level octane are you running?

Map Guide as of v15+ firmware:
Map0: Stock tuning, fully disable JB4
Map1: Additive map with peak of 3psi over stock added (91 octane)
Map2: Additive map with peak of 4psi over stock added (91-93 octane)
Map3: Additive map with peak of 6psi over stock added (93+ octane)
Map4: Absolute target map with peak of 20psi target (93+ and/or E30 octane) suggested for higher boost models like G chassis, Supra, and Z4. EWG required for proper control.
Map5: Absolute target map with peak of 22psi target (E30+ fuel) suggested for higher boost models like G chassis, Supra, and Z4. EWG required for proper control.
Map6: Custom tuning map allowing both additive (below 10psi) and absolute (above 10psi) targeting
Map7: WMI map (boost varies based on WMI additive and map settings)
Map8: VALET / Low Boost Map

No 93 oct in my area. Will run 91 with CAI, charge pipe and high-flow catted downpipe. Map 2 then?

And if I add some Octane booster in a full tank (13.7 gallons) of 91 oct, will I be able to run map 3?

I've heard some people mention that map3 can cause overboosting issues. Is that true? For a stock car on 93, is map2 the safer option?
