My biggest problem (as was with all Nissan/Infiniti models I've owned) would definitely be the seats. Bad to the point where if my back was hurting I couldn't really drive it... and if it wasn't, it would be after anything longer than a 30 minute drive. Even the "premium" seats in the G37S were pretty bad, though far better than the ones in the Z's.
I do love what they've shown as far as user configurable gauges on the main cluster screen... and I'd kill to be able to have that in the MKV. Any car under Porsche money is going to have sacrifices in interior quality however... and the MKV suffers there as well (though far nicer than a Nissan interior).
I guess the one advantage if you're looking for a track slut... I wouldn't feel nearly as bad ripping the entire interior out of a Z.
The problem is that's just the start and all the additional parts required are soon going to cost as much if not more as just going with a pricier car to begin with. That's an endless cycle however until you're up to Mclaren territory IMO.
