Wondering how the clutch pedal stop is working out for you? How many miles do you have on it now? Do you just pull the old one out and push the new one in? How do you adjust it?

Considering getting one as well, since the clutch pedal has one of the longest travels in any manual car I've owned.
Also curious.

The clutch in my Supra engages really quick, like 1.5 inches from the bottom of the pedal. If the clutch engages at 2 inches from top of the pedal (like my previous Honda), then a clutch stop would make more sense, as it reduces the travel.

Putting a clutch stop in the Supra I think would just make the car harder to drive. So I'm gonna skip this mod

You don't need to install the E90 slave in order to do the clutch delay valve delete-you should be able to just disconnect the line to the slave and carefully remove the o-ring and CDV from the existing slave cylinder.

I would recommend just doing the CDV delete instead of adding a clutch stop. It's a relatively easy process and doesn't cost anything. Additionally, you're not adding any risk of premature clutch wear down the line, since this clutch stop seems to mess with your clutch engagement point.

Shifting from 1-2 can be quicker and less jerky, from my experience with the CDV delete. I didn't notice a more "immediate" clutch engagement, since the bite point is still the same.
Yes, I can also confirm this. My local shop Speed Logic also confirmed before they did the CDV delete you don't need the E90 slave. Quick and easy mod if you want to call it that. Less jerkiness from 1st-2nd.

Really? I played with mine and if estimate that the clutch engages about 3ā€ from the bottom. I wonder if there’s a wide variance from the factory.

So I bought the clutch stop and installed it today. Drove a few miles, and now the clutch feels like it engages a little more than 1ā€ from the bottom. To me it feels much better.

Which clutch stop did you end up getting? How was the install, assuming you just popped out that existing white rubber grommet and popped it in there?

Yea it engaged pretty quick from the bottom of the pedal. The first time I test drive the car, I almost stalled with the sales guy sitting right next to me. Felt slightly stupid because I just told him I had a stick shift for 15 years.

I wanna make sure I completely disengage the clutch before I shift, so I'm gonna skip this mod, also to avoid any potential wear on the synchros when the clutch didn't completely disengage on shift.

Just installed mine, definitely worth the $10. Now instead of going 4"+ past the engagement point of the clutch (when depressing the pedal) you only go down 2-3". Next up will be the CDV delete.

It had been working flawlessly up to 10k or so miles after which I ended up selling the Supra

So I bought and installed the $10 eBay clutch stop and I gotta say wow what a difference. I sort of never realized I how the pedal was being pushed back further than it needed to go until now. I took the advice of a user here and removed two of the shims and it seems pretty on the money. I’m no mechanic but I’m almost certain at that level the clutch is fully disengaged and no grinding occurs when shifting gears. I’ve driven it only a handful of times since but it don’t think it will be an issue in traffic or for daily use. Clutch engagement it’s about an inch to an inch and a half off the the stop so you can still ride it so to speak. I think I will play around with it though and remove just one more shim (metal washer) as I’d like for it to go just a little bit further back. I’ve got long legs! I have done the cdv delete too and have a 500g shift knob so the car is really waking up now!

Update I did end up removing one washer from the stop and immediately it felt better than with two. It only lasted about a week before the whole thing snapped maybe from the cold weather or from being removed and reinstalled as it seems this thing is a one time use. I did buy another one but I’ve sort of gotten used to the really long pedal press now and I swear I think it’s easier to modulate the clutch grab and gear change now so I don’t think I’m gonna ever put it back in. Something you try and then realize it was fine from the factory haha! Placebo in full effect

Not sure how this can be be called a "placebo" the clutch stop physically reduces the total amount of clutch pedal travel, that's not a placebo. Now whether or not you like the reduced travel, that's very subjective.
