Yeah Subarus in general do really well in crashes. The newer gens of the WRX/Sti are still like that too, I've seen people post some nasty accidents where they came out (mostly) un-injured.

Wasn't sure how the Supra would do flipping, how nice of this dingus to test it for us.

I'd be so incredibly traumatized. Would probably not want to ever drive again. I'm sure I would eventually but jesus.
Idk, you’d have to be pretty brain dead to make that maneuver in the first place, you’d probably have no trouble getting behind the wheel as long as the state let you keep your drivers license and you could afford whatever rate increase from insurance that’s coming. That driver probably will brag to his grandkids one day showing them how strong he was to survive such a crash lol.

Lol that plate.

I was a NJ resident and now a NY resident. North Jersey drivers are the worst. NY state drivers aren’t much better.
I live in North Jersey you have to be very alert when you drive and roads suck.
NJ weather has been good after 11 days of over cast. I, too, wanted to take my supra out for drive but not like that.. :( And for some reason, NY drivers likes to drive recklessly in NJ.. typically, either driving way below speed limit in left lane - even though sign says left lane for passing only - and others weaving in and out without signals at 50 ~ 60 miles above speed limit. not saying all NJ drivers are good but this is typical scene in NJ highways..
Yeah New Yorkers drive on Jersey highways at 35 mph especially camping out in the passing lane.
Yeah, I saw the video this morning.

Here's a youtube video for better quality

They said the driver walked away from it fine

The 1st crash looked mild next to this one…. Why pass on the curb??? WTF 😳

What did the toxicology report reveal? Even if not on something, can he actually keep his license after driving Grand Theft Auto style on real roads?

I don't believe so. I found out the owner of that car is a friend of one of my supra buddies and the car is tuned making 700HP.. No idea why he is still on stock wheels making that much power in the first place
