OP is at least 50% at fault for not doing homework in the golden age of information, but that shop is sketchy as fuck. They're either like this with all of their customers, or took advantage of you specifically because they saw your ignorance.

Tell him hes full of crap and to give you back your money. JB4 has no way to add any pops and crackles. Also the custom map they made would be on MAP 6 not 1-5.

Ok update. Shop owner says the dyno picture he sent was essentially an accident even though it had my name on it. (Implying he took the effort to do that?).
He is now sending me response videos on Facebook. I really can’t tell at this point if he is trolling me or is legitimately trying to back pedal.
In any case some of you will be able to tell the owner by his voice so it is what it is at this point. He also says my name in the video which I am ok with.

I don't buy it. The dyno chart you shared here has your specific car and mods labeled on it. By the way, it clearly says 2J Racing
