Just got my new ‘24 3.0 Premium MT in Black as my new daily. I’m needing some guidance on where to go with my build, as this is my first car that I plan to do some modifications to. Hoping to get some good feedback and advice on what is best for the car and what should come first!

I’ve already gotten some carbon mirror caps and anti-wind buffeting deflectors… ordered those after my first drive lol. Since it’s my daily, I don’t plan to do anything too insane to it as of right now. However, I’m looking at the AWE touring exhaust and a DP; any suggestions on res vs nonres and which DP? Will probably get around to unlocking ECU eventually, but definitely not in the near future.

Any other suggestions for other beginning mods? Am I missing anything or am I going too overkill with a DP? Let me know lol, thanks in advance!

6MT badge is a must. Gotta talk to Dick Thurman about where he gets these.

Congrats, and welcome.

I would seriously consider changing to a shorter final drive. I think a 3.91 will work very nicely. Or a 3.64 if you do a lot of highway driving.

You mean longer final drive like the autos 3.15. Shorter he would be at 4K rpm around 70mph with a 3.91. The final drives in these cars are just fine imo. OP could just get the catless dp and keep the stock exhaust and save some $.

Congrats on the new macchina! AWE touring resonated with catted DP sounds amazing. I, like many others, run the Active Autowerke catted DP.

Welcome! I daily my '23 manual (until winter at least), and take it to the track about 5 times a year. And I have a pretty reasonable build planned that you're free to steal from if you want.

  • Get an intake & exhaust for better noises & more fun, they won't really give you any power though. Planning on an AWE resonated touring exhaust & a catted dp, probably MST. (This video sold me on the MST DP/AWE resonated combo
  • Wheel spacers, Verus master cylinder brace & front camber plates (mostly for track work, but I do prefer a more aggressive alignment for the street, and the spacers add to the look imo).
  • HKS, MSS, or Fortune Auto, adjustable height springs
  • Tadda subwoofer mod
  • Any aesthetic pieces you like to make the car unique to you.

Coming soon:
  • ECU taking a Femto trip -> Bm3 tune -> flex kit shortly to follow
  • Custom steering wheel (Berktuning can basically make you whatever you want)

Use your free track day if you haven't signed up for it yet!!!

Armaspeed intake sounds REALLY good on this car. It’s audibly loud especially when switching gears

We can get you taken care of with the exhaust and downpipe.

We would recommend AA Catted downpipe paired with the resonated touring exhaust. If you want louder and raspier than non resonated.

We got them in stock!

Buy my AWE Track edition because I sold my car and it's just sitting in my garage.

Congrats on the car. If you're not really sure on where to begin, then I suggest just waiting a bit. You've gotten some of the more basic pieces already. Drive the car, enjoy it, get some seat time and over time you'll learn where you want to go with the car. Maybe you'll want to track it sometimes... maybe you won't. Maybe you'll want some additional power on those occasional empty highway pulls... either way, don't rush it, specially if it's your daily! Again, congrats and enjoy.
