Bet my wheels in 18 would fit

Those aren't M2 brakes. I already stated what they are earlier in this thread.

M-performance brake upgrade. Optional on G series M340i

374mm front rotors (Normal M340i and Supra are 348mm) and larger 4-pot calipers. Bolts right onto the Supra, need 19" minimum. BMW does sell a 18" winter wheel that fits over them so certain design 18 is possible, just unaware of any aftermarket 18's fitting.

G87 M2 brakes: (six pot)

If Toyota was so lazy they donā€™t even unblock vents on the GRMN thereā€™s other issues at play lol

Because unblocking them would do zero. Already been discussed. They lead to nothing. Anyone that says otherwise is probably trying to sell something.

Yep, at this point thereā€™s not much refuting that the ā€œventsā€ were always intended to solely be design elements.

The way those rotors and calipers are filling the 19" wheel, I think those are actually the 395mm discs/calipers, not the 374mm disc/calipers (supra has 348mm discs stock)

348mm = Stock supra
374mm = M340i M-performance upgrade, also standard on 750i/X5, upgrade option on 840i/740i/540i
395mm = Standard on X6/X7/M850i, Upgrade option on X5/750i

All 4 pot calipers. 6 pot is reserved for full fat M cars.

Very cool. And def 19" or above only.

BTW, I am going to be test fitting the 374mm upgrade here on my supra shortly!

Looks like this test car is running Cup 2 tires with a 265/35/19 and 285/30/20 configuration.

The M2 and M4 also utilize a 285/30/20 rear setup (though the fronts use a 275mm tire due to the extra mass).
Interesting, Cup 2 tires and better brakes will make this faster than the M2 around any track

This got to be the GRMN or the Morizo edition

There is no way they will add this much changes with just a normalā€˜special editionā€™

The brakes are probably the BBK that was on the F87 M2 Competition which is essentially a Brembo GT BBK

I'm actually pretty okay with this not having more power (ie: S58) and missing the wildly different set of changes that people were initially expecting.

As the threads about tracking have shown, with just brakes, slight suspension tweaks, and tires, the Supra obliterates tons of other cars on racetracks. Toyota is obviously aware of this too, so I think it's a smart play to make a slightly more expensive version (hopefully around 5-7k), that will make the rounds to the journalists and put up a majorly improved laptime to keep the car "relevant" in the public's eye for another few years.

The ride height appears even lower too.

Pretty cool!
