I run with traction control completely off. Feels like it drops to lowest gear it can find, which seems really hard on the trans. I tried with m-blips on and off, to see if that was causing issues, but no difference. Tried stg3 v1 and 1.1, same result.

Doesn’t sport + DSC off enable the race map on stage 3?

Definitely not. We’re talking full blown stock behavior. I’m gonna try my hand at stage 2 later maybe it will mitigate this, or maybe I missed an update where they quietly fixed this under the “fix bugs” section of the change log

Really...? Maybe I should spend more time reading the documentation. I rarely do hit it, but that's surprising. Is there a practical reason it's configured for this behavior?

Unsure. A lot of us track guys are having some serious trouble this XHP.

We're seeing weird behavior at high rpm shifts, including hitting the limiter, getting stuck in first after the burnout, even when 'always start in 2nd' is selected, and other trouble. We've all sent logs over to XHP, so hopefully we'll get some more data soon and a bugfix.

Thanks for pointing this out, I think this is it. This sounds like drag mode. Going to enable this in the options and select it off to see if it changes anything.

Interesting. That all sounds bad. I'm not pushing the car at the moment - haven't had it on any kind of track with the transmission flashed - but it sounds like there are some bugs to work out. I haven't experienced any. This isn't their first rodeo so I'm sure they'll get it fixed. Still surprises me a company rushed a product to market then spent the subsequent months rolling out fixes to ensure it functions as it should have on day one. ?

So far so good! Takes a little getting used to but I don’t think I could even go back anymore. Rode in my friends to grab some food the other day and it just felt so slow shifting compared to mine (even though we all know they still shift pretty fast from the factory lol).

i haven’t noticed any of these issues that some are saying though. It has worked pretty good as far as I know and I’ve beat on it a few times already.

Was this in drag mode? I haven't seen any of these issues and I've been beating on the car pretty hard since the first day I flashed stage 3.
