kaj,

This should give better stopping performance for a daily driven car, with the option of occasional track days if it ever pops in mind.

Not only is that excessive for an entirely street driven car considering OP stated they're never gona track, but girodiscs alone are more than triple any oem equivalent rotor..

When OP said an upgrade thats not double the price of OEM.. i guess triple the price technically fits 😂

It doesn't improve performance, at ALL, on the street. In fact, it could be worse, depending how those pads work. AND now he'd have to flush his brake fluid on an annual basis. Also: steel braided lines were super useful, back in the day. Modern lines hold up just fine unless under extreme conditions. Unfortunately, nothing on your list would benefit OP in any way. A track rat, on the other hand? Now we're talking. :headbang:

The OEM brake pads actually aren't that bad for street use, other than the fact that they produce an insane amount of brake dust, they have great braking power. in fact, they can be a bit to grabby when driving slow.

I'm running Endless MX72 PLUS myself right now, and they can be a bit intimidating when they're cold, they need one good tap on the brakes to build some heat into them to work properly.
If he isn't planning on doing any track driving, I think the Endless SSM PLUS would probably be the better choice.

I personally use Motul RBF660 in both my Supra and my 240SX and I track both of them.
For a street car only, I would go with RBF600 as the 660 is more hygroscopic and need to be changed more often.

I believe I read somewhere on this forum that upgrading the brake lines is unnecessary, since the factory ones are already steel braided, just with a rubber overlay. Someone can probably confirm or deconfirm this. I'm not going to cut up a perfectly good brake line to find out if this is true 😅

And the OEM brake discs are more than good enough for both street and track. I see no point in upgrading the rotors unless going for a bigger rotor size, which in most instances also mean upgrading the calipers at the same time.
Sure, upgraded 2-piece rotors with aluminium hats looks fancy and has less unsprung weight, but the truth is 95% of the people in here don't drive hard enough to benefit from it.
