Sorry, I am wondering if there is any advantage between the two regardless of locked ECU and $$$. Before custom rom BM3 it is clear ecutek has more tuning capabilities with port injection. Hopefully this makes sense?
MHD currently has the best Port injection Integration with reflex FYI.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I have ECUtek already. Just thought I was going to save a few bucks.
Yea if you already have ecutek and Reflex. There no point in trying to jump to BM3. Because BM3 doesn't support Reflex.

It you wanted to switch to something else for whatever reason. It's MHD since you wouldn't have to buy another complete controller for port control.

But you have ecutek, so you're fine there.

A dumb question:

If I dont want to mess with E-blend, can I just get a bigger turbo(pure 800) + BM3(or maybe JB4 with help from Jesse?) to reach 500hp flat?

If it is doable, do I still need other mods to keep up with the bigger turbo? Like charge pipe.

And do you think it is worth to go with bigger turbo rather than E-blend?

Context:
My car is 2023 AT, I am about to install a AA catted downpipe, about to pull trigger for femto unlock. Car will be mostly driven on street with less than 5 track day per year.

My car is running 495whp on pump fuel with a hybrid turbo, so with the right supporting mods it is certainly doable. (Femto unlock, BM3 custom tune)

Thats nice!
1. Which turbo you have?
2. Do you notice more turbo lag compare to the stock turbo?
3. Should I expect a very high labor cost for installation?

I got a91-mt and my current mods are
catless downpipe / full exhaust / cold air intake / charge pipe / hks spark plugs
I’m running bm3 91 octane (95 RON). the plan is upgrading my turbo with pure turbos WITHOUT E-blends or meth kits or port injection, only running 91 octane (95 RON) because it’s the highest octane in my country unfortunately. now with my current mods and upgrading the turbo,
how many whp I would gain?
if I want to squeeze all the power from my upgraded turbo what would be the safety psi for daily?
would I need to upgrade coolers or intake manifold or I’m good to go with my current mods and upgrade the turbo only?
which pure turbo I should go with if I want to squeeze all the power from it, but with only 91 octane (95 RON) and bm3 custom tune?

In general, if you are octane limited, a larger turbo will let you create more power before hitting that limit. This is largely due to the right-shift of the powerband, since there is less cylinder fill (per cycle) required to reach that total flow rate (per unit time)

yeah i know ...
but unfortunately 91 octane (95 RON) is the highest octane we have.

which pure turbo would get me there? and what about pure900 to get T51R mod? or it would be an overkill on my current mods?
With that octane it might not even be worth upgrading to such an expensive turbo. Even the pure800 is considerable money to not get the most out of it. An omega 65 would help bring the cost per hp down considerably and already comes with the t51r mod too. I've seen folks push over 500 with it but on 93. Not sure how will 91 will do in that case. If you can get buckets of e85 to make an e40 blend or even full e85 just when you want to push it then you would be making some serious power.

Not sure about 91 octane with the Omega 65. But i made 580 whp on 94 octane.

Just purchased the 2nd generation of the Pure800 turbo upgrade and wanted to ask for any recommendations on which brands to get for the Reflex kit and Fuel Upgrade?
Right now I am running the 1st generation Visconti flex fuel kit with the guage.

I have the 5iveperformence reflex harness, and a Vader solutions LPFP. Waiting for my remnant intake mani. But was happy with the ease of install on both. Also upgraded the main fuel line to PFS line for a bit more flow.
