What did you flash onto the car afterwards? MHD/BM3? If so, what tool did you use to flash?I used the M-link to bench unlock my early 21 with pre-june 2020 DME.
I wonder if the price will be same for the post june DME license.
I believe I paid around $400 for the M-link, which came with a lifetime license for 1 car.
So if car gets relocked (which it did during a dealership visit years back), got home, and bench unlocked again.
At time, I was told for any additional DME, license would be $180.
It supports all flash platforms. I did BM3 and MHD, no issues. What did you flash onto the car afterwards? MHD/BM3? If so, what tool did you use to flash?
MHD. Used their red universal dongleWhat did you flash onto the car afterwards? MHD/BM3? If so, what tool did you use to flash?
There really isn't any benefit anymore. Playing field is pretty level right now.Wow, seems like a great deal to me. Apart from a lower price, could someone elaborate the benefits of going with femto or another unlocking method?
Source? All the tools unlock the same now. Full backend unlock just like Femto and Autotuner.I was going to order for ECUTEK but found that there may be limited compatibility with ECUTEK and could cause stability issues with software. So decided against it and just get a normal bench unlock.
Should be able to unlock and use whatever platform you want for tuning yeah? Even ecutek?..Source? All the tools unlock the same now. Full backend unlock just like Femto and Autotuner.
Are you trying to set yourself up to be able to lock and unlock your DME at your pleasure for smog purposes? If I got unlocked by Femto, can this lock back to stock and then unlock? I emailed Mission and they said they couldn’t guarantee anything.
