Oil change at Wesley Chapel Toyota

Have anyone had experience with getting service at Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership?
I am avoiding them for they will overcharge you.
prior to scheduling my oil change, I called them to get the qoute and they quoted $109+ tax. I scheduled a few week later and when I arrived it took 10 minutes before a service rep check me in. Here the rep said the cost will be $250+tax and 3hrs.I informed him the qouted price and they would not honor it so I left.
is this same at other Toyota dealerships?
I contacted Toyota Corporate and they said the dealership will contact me, but the dealership just ghost me.

I suggest you go to theWesley Chapel Nissan (a few blocks away) they own the BMW dealership nearby. I worked with Scott Oudit. He ordered the parts from them and the oil change took an hr and about $100.

If not, if you have any desire to do it on your own, it's the cheapest and rather easy process, given you buy the tools/oil/filter

My local Toyota dealers can barely handle my appliance Sienna minivan for regularly service. They’re not touching the Supra…

Wesley Chapel Toyota is a no go from me.

I scheduled my brake recall fix with them, confirmed when a Supra tech would be in, etc.

When I got there, they made me wait ~1-2 hours (don’t remember) and said “we can’t update the car because we’re waiting on the software from BMW.”

Autonation Toyota Pinellas Park was pleasant to deal with and did the brake recall fix - no problem.

Stadium Toyota failed on a free ToyotaCare oil change. I scheduled way in advance. I called to confirm they had the GR Supra oil (so far, so good). Showed up, they took the car, came back in like 30 min and said they don’t have the oil.

Outside of recall fixes and warranty work, Toyota dealers are not worth dealing with for routine service. Use a trusted (Euro) performance shop. Vortex Motorsport has been good to me across two euro cars.

Unless you're still within toyotacare maintenance, I agree with others and recommend finding a local performance/tuning shop. Toyota dealers in general struggle with the training and supply chain to maintain Supras.

The previous owner already used up the Toyota care maintenance.
When the warranty expires I will do the oil changes myself.

I take my car to my local bmw dealer and they charge $125. The extra care and pride shows in their work. Zero hiccups here.

If you can open a milk jug, empty it, refill it, and then put the cap back on you can change Supra oil. Seriously. Why is everyone so bent out of shape about needing a “Supra tech”. Hell the local Jiffy Lube can do it if you give them the appropriate oil.

You can do it yourself with no issues. Keep a log and the receipts.
