This would be impressive but in all reality will never happen. We are all hoping and dreaming for some last extravagence for the A90 that realistically won't happen. Many final editions go out like blowing a candle and that's it. Only the most hardcore enthusiast will appreciate the difference in some final editions.
I personally know this trying to find Spirit R stuff for the RX7 but other people who look at the RX7 wont bat an eye for the things that were added.
The sad reality unfortunately.

MKV Supra updates might be shared with the upcoming “clown shoe.”

We are probably better off just enjoying the current Mark V for what it is. The GRMN variant, even if it comes to North America, has a specific buyer that probably wouldn't be on owners/enthusiast forums like this. Collectors will collect, and the journos will write and film it. In all likelihood the GRMN model would spend most of their time languishing under wraps in large garages, like Jay Leno's collection, etc.

So the GRMN has been announced in Japan for 500 units with the S58 of course, however I’d expect the agreement to only allow the 453hp engine tune. Is this enough? (Dynos at a respectable 465whp) although this is only about 68who more than the average 2021+ Supra in the U.S.

From the spy shots it looks like a 45 anniversary model, which is honestly disappointing to me. I do not like that style of wing on the Supra, nor do I like the dodge stripes on the sides. While this is purely subjective the power level is definitely going into what looks to be another 45th anniversary trim vehicle.

Rumor is that it’s coming stateside in similar quantities in 2025 as the special edition model for the final year of production.

With all this in mind does it make the Supra a $100k car with TTL? I know for me-just from a looks like a 45th anniversary and only makes 68whp more I’m likely to clone my ecu and tune my A91-CF. Yes mine would still not be a GRMN but I would retain my favorite A91 trim to date and have more power than the GRMN. I’m hoping Toyota pulls out all the stops in the GRMN and it doesn’t just look like a 45th anniversary and makes me want one by dropping a 500+hp tune on the s58 in the Supra.

What’s your thoughts on power level, price, looks? Is it enough for you to drop 100k on a Supra?

just thought I’d see what everyone’s thoughts are on this for themselves?

Video sure sounds like a B58 with an MT to me. other opinions welcome
Agreed. This looks more like an mild refresh to me. Maybe the bumper and lift back are slightly redesigned.
