Yes very likely they have signed an NDA of some sort and allowed Hagerty to release that video.

Just look at the patterns of all the reviews though, they all mention the "$40K" price tag but in most of the videos they review the $52K model. It's a marketing tactic.

It'll be awhile until we see some unbiased reviews when the zeitgeist wears off.
